By performing these sets of exercises will help you achieve your desired 6-pack abs Sit-ups with the use of Roman Chair – it is a chair with no back support that will allow you to hook your legs and perform the sit-ups for abs and few back-bends for your lower part back muscles. Slanted or Inclined Board Crunches – this is an incomplete sit up wherein you will raise your shoulders and head while constricting your abs with full force. Supine Crunches – with the use of a bench or a mat, incline your legs while bent at a 90-degree angle and put your hands just right the back of your head. Alternate both sides with 20 reps each of the sides. This is performed using the weights hanged behind the buttocks and by pulling the back obliques. Pull-up Bar Leg Raising – while your hands are placed on a chinning bar, gradually incline your legs while bringing your knees to your chest. Lower and repeat again. Parallel Bar Dip Machine Knee-Ups – while your forearms rests on each of the side of the dip bar, elevate the knees up to your waist level. This will complete your 6-pack ab workout.
